What to Know Before Our Next Impound Auction

When our impound lot gets too full, it's time to clear things out with an auction. If you're looking for a way to save on a new car, our next auction may be just right for you.

Impound auctions are unique, and they have a lot of potential. However, you should know the conditions surrounding sales and purchases at an impound auction.

• Every titled unit will be charged a documentation fee of $50, and this cost is not included in your bid
• All units are sold as-is without a warranty
• Buyers will receive a bill of sale and a 45-day temporary permit
• The title will be sent by certified mail within 15 days of the sale
• Inspection of auction items will take place prior to the auction date

Conditions for Our Vehicle Auctions

Jim & Ron's Service Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We have the right to "no sale" or to remove a vehicle from auction for any reason without notice. You must be at least 18 years of age to bid on or purchase a vehicle. Photo identification is required to obtain a bidder number and title for purchased vehicles.

Everything will be sold as-is, where-is. No warranties are expressed or implied. Purchased vehicles may be removed once the sale has been completed and acceptable payment has been received. You must have a purchase agreement to remove items from the fenced lot. The time for removal will be specified by the time of the auction.

Any vehicles left after the designated time will be charged an additional $50 per day for storage fees. There is a $50 documentation fee for every vehicle sold. Titles will be sent by certified mail within 15 days of the final sale.

Jim & Ron's Service Inc. is not responsible for accidents or theft. Please watch your items after you have successfully won the bid.

Keys must be left in the vehicle until the vehicle is sold and paid for. Vehicles will not be sold if the keys are missing at the time of sale. Tampering with vehicles will not be tolerated. Bidders are not allowed outside of the marked areas. Anyone who proceeds outside of the marked areas will be asked to leave the premises.
